About TicketForge
TicketForge is a professional productivity app provided by LB Tech LLC. It helps information-technology technicians document support tickets and generate clear ticket summaries.
Information handled by the app
Ticket information entered into TicketForge—including names, contact information, issue descriptions, troubleshooting notes, resolution details, and feedback—is stored locally on the user’s device. LB Tech LLC does not receive, collect, sell, or share that ticket information through the app.
No account is required. This version of TicketForge does not include cloud synchronization, advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.
Device storage and deletion
TicketForge uses local device storage to save tickets and app preferences. Users can remove saved tickets inside the app, clear the app’s storage through Android settings, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling normally removes locally stored app data, subject to Android device and backup behavior.
External links
When requested by the user, TicketForge can open Names.org in the device’s external browser for name-pronunciation research. External websites operate under their own privacy policies. TicketForge does not send saved ticket records to those websites.
Permissions
TicketForge requests Internet access so user-selected external web links can be opened. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, advertising, or background-tracking permissions.
Security and retention
Ticket information remains on the device until the user deletes saved tickets, clears application storage, or uninstalls the app. Users are responsible for protecting their device and following their organization’s security, confidentiality, and record-retention policies when entering customer information.
Children’s privacy
TicketForge is a professional productivity tool intended for information-technology support work. It is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
LB Tech LLC may update this policy when TicketForge features or privacy practices change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
